We built the go-to-market case for Alexandria, an AI-native asset intelligence platform for pharma business development and licensing. Diligence in this area is expert-led but fragmented across clinical, patent, regulatory and deal data, so Alexandria needed a focused way into the market rather than a generic “AI for pharma” pitch. We sized the market bottom-up, tiered potential buyers by speed of sale and willingness to pay, and mapped the competitive landscape and the product’s key vulnerabilities. We then set out a phased roadmap, starting with small, fast-moving buyers and deferring large pharma until credibility is established.
